- Reading through the previous day’s post — amazing how much progress I feel I’ve made in the last 5 days. The same thread as earlier — keeping a clear list of what tasks make a “good day”, what are the “pulls” that drag my mind and focus away, and letting myself feel the love from Inner Spirit through the negative feelings I’ve built up from failed attempts earlier. It’s amazing. New levels of inner clarity.
- I’m learning to develop stop-gaps with how much I spend on any one activity each day. One of the biggest challenges is letting a task or project bleed into another, especially if its very important, is tough. This happens when we don’t value the integrity of our day. I’m valuing the integrity of each day more and more. A good day requires ability to move through all the activities of the day in a smooth way.
- As some impulses (net addiction in particular) start to one by one recognize and pluck from my system, by being aware of why I’m being pulled away, I’m feeling greater clarity.
