My practice is to connect to Source within through a moment-to-moment meditation, aided by journaling, dialog, research, and contemplation.
My breath-to-breath mantra consists of two parallel steps:
- Remembrance: Tune into breath of Spirit within core desire.
- Letting Go: Allow peripheral feelings to naturally pass.
This process is my compass for living life.
This is a continuous process of learning, unlearning, growing, forgiving, dropping judgment, gaining understanding, cultivating empathy, and maturing as a human being.
I’m probably about halfway through the process. 😉
