- Persistence on the meditation path is KEY. There will be moments where it seems we’re not making progress, even though we have extreme conviction of the light at the end of the tunnel. These are the very moments persistence is even more important.
- I’ve made continued, regular updates to my projects, on the outside facing side and on the inside facing side. You’ll see all my sites have refreshed content reflecting a greater and more precise articulation. I am very happy to have consolidated such a clear outlook for my work this year. I look forward to bringing it to much fruition these coming months and years.
- Healthy habits, as it relates to eating, sleeping, information flow, maintaining healthy sexual energy, media consumption, and a few other areas (not many) are the fuel that allow us to keep going. There are only a FEW areas to keep in mind. We generally only have a handful of stubborn habits that might be holding us back… I’ve documented them and am keeping active tabs on them.
- I’ve worked out an organizational system for my life, my meditation process, and the websites plan of action for 2021. Healthy habits are my focus for much of the remaining time in 2020. It’s not that hard with the other elements in life in place or falling into place…but it does force us to shed a previous identity of who we thought we are… it’s hard in that way. 🙂
