- This isn’t new, but it’s setting even deeper. I find morning time is far and away the best time for setting the tone for the day. I stop short of saying this is some sort of Absolute Truth (it isn’t..we have to still find what works best for us in different situations)… but this matches Brahma Muhurta of Hindu philosophy where the most meditative, productive, peak performance lies — whatever our most important tasks for the day, this is the time for it. The caution is getting addicted to it, and assuming rest of the day will be this good.
- I’m peaking in terms of consistency. A lot more to go, but I’m tuning into that consistency built into me. Consistency doesn’t mean rigid. Consistency means we have a set platform from which to continuously tweak and refine.
- Watching my habits, especially internet / information addiction — which is very real. Installed focusme.com’s app again, which I feel is one of the best apps for keeping a check on our online dalliances. I’ve gone on and off it at times… but back on it, with a clearer and more deliberate outlook.
