These are some of the Eternal Truths I am in the process of embodying, a bit more each day:
- Anapana – Note our Breath, as a bridge to wisdom.
- Anatta – Realize our ego is a mirage of our true nature.
- Anitta – Manifest reality is a byproduct of ephemeral vibrations.
- Authenticity – Own our genuine desires and bring them into the world.
- Brahman / Atman – Consciousness is the core of our Being.
- Conflict within – Reconcile conflict from within.
- Desire – Live out our humanity, ego, fears and desires, with eyes open
- Dukkha – Joy comes through inclusion, grounding, and transcendence.
- Express – Share our heart and soul in our lives, in whatever way we do.
- Forgiveness – We realize life is a process of trial and error. To grow, and to allow others to do so, we must forgive.
- Grace – Embrace mercy and compassion unconditionally.
- Karma – There is a residue of suffering and delusion within us — that is what we’re here to work out.
- Love – Love our neighbors, especially our enemies, as ourselves
- Letting go – Joy comes from the release of our perspective into a Higher Perspective.
- Non-judgment – Judgment indicates the blockage of love.
- Religion – Religion can help us, can hurt us, depending on where we are.
- Respect – Each point-of-view is partial, yet each has an essential value.
- Shadow – What we see on the outside is a projection of what resides within us.
- Universal love – Love is the Highest Truth, starting with commitment to Love Our Enemies.
- Universal truth – Love has many names including God, Source, Consciousness, and Truth.
- Vipassana – Note our sensations as they are, and as they shift, as a doorway to wisdom.
