Truths

These are some of the Eternal Truths I am in the process of embodying, a bit more each day:

  1. Anapana – Note our Breath, as a bridge to wisdom.
  2. Anatta – Realize our ego is a mirage of our true nature.
  3. Anitta – Manifest reality is a byproduct of ephemeral vibrations.
  4. Authenticity – Own our genuine desires and bring them into the world.
  5. Brahman / Atman – Consciousness is the core of our Being.
  6. Conflict within – Reconcile conflict from within.
  7. Desire – Live out our humanity, ego, fears and desires, with eyes open
  8. Dukkha – Joy comes through inclusion, grounding, and transcendence.
  9. Express – Share our heart and soul in our lives, in whatever way we do.
  10. Forgiveness – We realize life is a process of trial and error. To grow, and to allow others to do so, we must forgive.
  11. Grace – Embrace mercy and compassion unconditionally.
  12. Karma – There is a residue of suffering and delusion within us — that is what we’re here to work out.
  13. Love – Love our neighbors, especially our enemies, as ourselves
  14. Letting go – Joy comes from the release of our perspective into a Higher Perspective.
  15. Non-judgment – Judgment indicates the blockage of love.
  16. Religion – Religion can help us, can hurt us, depending on where we are.
  17. Respect – Each point-of-view is partial, yet each has an essential value.
  18. Shadow – What we see on the outside is a projection of what resides within us.
  19. Universal love – Love is the Highest Truth, starting with commitment to Love Our Enemies.
  20. Universal truth – Love has many names including God, Source, Consciousness, and Truth.
  21. Vipassana – Note our sensations as they are, and as they shift, as a doorway to wisdom.
